Q: What happens if we need to postpone our wedding due to Covid19 restrictions?
A: We will allow for postponement without penalty. We will do our best to assist you.
Q: What happens if we cancel our wedding due to Covid19 restrictions?
A: That would be very unfortunate. Although we are unable to refund the retainer fee to you, we allow your booking to be used for our other photography services.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Full payment is required for the session fee. Payment of the selected images only will be due once you have confirmed the number of images. We accept only bank transfer, PayNow or cash.
Q: Do we have to apply for permits ourselves?
A: Yes, you have to apply for all permits yourself.
Q: How many sessions do I require?
A: We advise clients to book 1 session which is 3 hours.
Q: How many locations can we cover in 1 session
A: We can cover 2-3 locations in 1 session. However, if you start at Jurong Lake and the other location is at Changi Jewel, there is only enough time for 2 locations.
Q: How many photos will we get for 1 session?
A: The session fee doesn’t include any images. You can decide after the shoot how many images you would like to be properly edited and retouched. This greatly reduces your risk should you not like the photos at all. At the same time, this also gives you full control of your budget.
Q: Do we need props?
A: A nice bouquet of flowers is perfect. Sometimes less is more.
Q: How early or late do we need to complete our PW Shoot?
A: You can shoot as early as you wish. Please plan your shoot at least 3 months before your wedding date, this is to allow for ample time for post processing.
Q: Do we need the make up artist to follow?
A: It’s not a must, but it will definitely help to make sure you are looking your best in our in relentless heat and humidity.
Q: Do we need someone to help?
A: It’s always good to have an extra pair of hands to help carry your stuff, help you to change or even drive you around.
Q: What happens if it rain?
A: We will check the weather forecast the day before the shoot, we will also make contingency plans and also provide options for you.
